How to add a resident to Ambient.

Note: If your property has units that are integrated with a property management system, add residents in your property management system instead. Only staff members with the role of Manager or Leasing Agent can add residents to Ambient.

To add a resident:

1. In the manager dashboard, Click the menu icon.
2. Click Residents.
3. Click Add resident.
4. Enter the resident's details.
5. Add the resident’s unit.
   • Click Add a unit.
   • Search or scroll to find the unit you want to add. Click the unit.

7. Click Add resident. You’ll see a confirmation message.
