Level Doorbell LED lights
There are two LED lights on the Level Doorbell:
- Indicator light
- Ring light
These lights can tell you the status of the Doorbell.
| Ring light | Indicator light | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Off | Off | No power connection, or starting up Note: The Doorbell takes 40 seconds to fully start up. |
| Solid orange | Solid white | Setup mode The Doorbell is ready for a resident to pair. |
| Solid white | Solid white | Ready mode The resident has paired the Doorbell. |
| Breathing white | Solid red | Doorbell ringing |
| Breathing blue | Solid red | Doorbell answered |
| Solid green | Solid white | Doorbell reset in progress Note: This takes about 30-60 seconds. |
| Breathing orange | Solid white | Establishing a Wi-Fi connection, or firmware update in progress Tip: If this status lasts more than several minutes, contact Support for help. |
| Solid yellow | Solid white | Insufficient power |
| Solid red | Solid white | Error Tip: Contact Support for help. |
| Off | Solid white | Reset needed Tip: See How to reset a Level Doorbell. |
