How to access a recovery code

In the event that a Level Hub or Lock is offline and unable to be controlled by Ambient Manager, staff can click on the recovery code icon in the “Devices” section of the unit detail page to access a recovery code.

Recovery codes expire 30 minutes after they are viewed.
